Oh yeah, and since being on here a while now I have changed my workouts. I do 90% free weights, as many compound exercises I can do, and only work one muscle group a week, allowing a full 6 days rest between. That coupled with creatine intake, a lot of protein, and a lot of calories, I have gained 20 lbs in the last 3 months, and have seen the biggest size and strength gains ever in my life.
