2 different thoughts on this....I don't touch it anymore at anytime, but
some say cut a few weeks prior like Mpump some say to take it 2-3days just before stage time even as your pulling water. The rationale behind it is that the creatine will draw the water from your skin and store it in you muscles. Personally Lasix does the job just fine for me |
