Hey sorry again for the creatine ?'s, but this should just take a quick reply by an expierenced lifter. I am 16 and over the summer i went on monohydrate and gained about 8 pounds then didnt take it anymore during football just protein and i lost those 8 pounds which i expected because I have heard that happens. Now my ? is that, will I get the same results if I go back on it or is buying CEE or some other creatine going to be more beneficial. I mean I am just wondering on what I should do? My other question is that I saw a reply by someone recently when I was searching-saying not to waste money on Cell-tech because you could just make your own at home with monohydrate I presume and "other things" now what would those other things be? Thanks ahead of time for the answers and I know you expierenced guys probably get annoyed with all the young ones asking a lot of the same ?'s so also sorry ahead of time
