i personally dont think its that big of a thing, especially for guys our age

its comprised of zinc, magnesium, and V B6 right?
They are all natural vitamins, and mainly just support testosterone.... not increase it...
I think it was kinda designed to be taken for older individuals who want that extra vitamin boost for testosterone..... but i could be wrong....

It is zinc magnesium aspartate. Its not just regular zinc and magnesium. The only difference you might notice is in better sleep and dreams. It is cheap so I am using it.

I don’t think ZMA will help you anabolically during workouts. However, when you sleep deep, that’s where the anabolic aspect may come into play, because when one sleeps well that’s when your muscles recover and repair themselves. I take ZMA when I fail to sleep well. By taking ZMA it feels as though I’ve slept for 8-10 hrs.and awake fully rested. In addition, my dreams are wild and vivid in color. Something I don’t experience in normal sleep dreams and not only that, but in my ZMA dreams I see faces of people; whereas, in my normal dreams I do not. Weird. Supposedly it’s the B-6 in ZMA that’s attributed to having wild dreams. Also, taking ZMA with diary or calcium products tends to decrease the absorption of ZINC.

ive never heard of that part of it....

its a testosterone supplement though...... there is proof behind it where it raises testosterone levels, but that is probably only in older people...

its definetly widely used i guess though..... but the original purpose is for your muscles.... every bottle ive seen has that intention on it

I stand strongly behind ZMA - take it before you go to sleep especially after really hard core workouts and you WILL notice a diference in recovery time. I mean the stuff costs like $10 so try it and you will see it works.

You should take it, but it wont help with increasing your test levels. Itll help you sleep better, etc.

The exogenous test from the PH's will shut down your natty production, so, you wont be actually making any testosterone on your own. Do you have nolva for PCT?

word.... maybe ill grab some.... if i have any money left aha

im actually not oging to use nolvadex for PCT.... rather I am going to use Rebound XT, which has had some great reviews

what partially pushed me to that decision was the fact that the pro-hormone im taking (legal one) called Finigenx Magnum, is a tenbolone precursor.
after speaking to a few people, apparently the tren precursor has two bonded hyrogens compared to the average pro-hormones single bonded hydrogen, thus making it withstand longer and have a low conversion rate to estrogen... and i was told this was a drastic difference between other pro-hormones
ive also seen in a thread here posted by i think tough old guy that trenbolone, the actual steroid, yields more solid results after PCT

i spoke with one representative to the company, and i was told it was unnecessary as this precursor should withstand digestion without converting to estrogen..... but of course im still kinda worried as it is my first cycle and i might look into getting some nolvadex in case i need it

thanks though for the heads up

Use it after your AS cycle....especially when your trying to cut.

I don't know a lot about prohormones though...I would presume it should be done during your PCT is you even run PCT w/ prohormones

yeah I running 1g (700test/300tren) weekly.......my sleeping is ALL fucked up.

I sleep for 8-10 hours, waking up half walk through eating 1K cal. and going back to bed. I get tired every 18-20hours...I feel like I'm on a 36hour day
    I definitely blame the gear.

thats what ive heard..... have you tried this supplement to help you get to bed?

or are you saving it for after the cycle? is it wrong to take it during the cycle? and if not would it be wrong to take it during it and then after during PCT?

thanks a lot by the way
