I am 6-4 and weigh about 215. I run 6 days a week and lift one day a week. I do 6 sets of bis and tris one week and the next week I do 6 sets of chest and back. I dont lift that much because i fatigue everytime i do. Its interesting because when I run I never have any fatigue.

Are you running for sport or for fun? If for fun, I'd reduce it. My guess is that you're burning too many calories compared to your consumption, and therefore your body is trying to protect itself.

You need more carbs. If you want to add any muscle mass, you need to increase your calories AND reduce the amount of running that you are doing AND increase the amount of weight training that you do. You will still stay lean. The calories will go to restore and rebuild your muscles, thus remaining lean mass. Make sure you are on a good multivitamin as well.

You need to try Gakic. Gakic was designed to combat muscle fatigue and it works very well. Using Gakic, you can normally add 3-4 reps on your sets which helps build muscle endurance and overall strength. You can get Gakick pretty much anywhere. We have it and so do most other places.
