Will it greatly effect my workout?

Alright so I get out of school at 3:00 and take my omega thunder and white blood and lift 15 min later instead of 30-45 min later ... will it make that much of a difference? or no...

    Thanks

Well what i meant to ask..

Will taking it and lifting 10-15 min instead of 30-45 min before working out reduce the effects/pumps ext. that the creatine and white blood give me?

What is the stuff? Is it like NO2 or Creatine, a cell volumizer? If you workout right after, do your cardio first if you do any and then jump into your lifting to give you a bit more of a cushion. DEFINITELY drink an assload of water prior to lifting if it's a cell volumizer of some sort. Otherwise you're more suseptable to cramping and pulling a muscle.

Does the shit even do anythign for you?

I will go out on a limb here and say...NO. It doesn't matter if you take the stuff 45min pre-workout, 10min pre-workout, or 20min into your workout.

If it's some kind of creatine it helps. There's as much scientific evidence that creatine works as there is gear works. At least in aiding to add gains in strenth and total muscle cell volume. Granted it's due to water retention but it still contributes to strengh gains.

You want to take it about an hour before lifting. It does make a difference.

drink a ton of water with it and if you can, do your abs or cardio when you first get there to give the stuff more time to kick in. Are you pressed for time to get OUT of the gym? Or is it more you just start right after? If you're not super pressed to get out at a certain time, I'd just do the above, abs and cardio or something like that before doing your bench, squats, bigger lifts, etc.

Piratefromhell - Alright i will try to take it before my 8th period class which is 50-55 min before i lift. I will do this next week just to see if I feel any different or get better results (pumps and such). The stuff already does work but i was just wondering if it would make a difference.

Thanks for all the replies guy's. I really appreciate it.

If you can take it earlier in the afternoon like that, great. I just wasn't sure if you just weren't able to take it until after school. I've been out of high school a while and depending on the school, Lord knows what's liable to get you suspended for having it in school. I thought you HAD to wait til after to take it.

I don't know where you go to school, but most people tend to get suspicious about the whole "vial/syringe" thing
