supps?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Alright im 16 and just got done with football ive been on a diet for about 3 weeks and have gained 6 pounds already and i now am on my 1st rotation of p/rr/s training and am on the shock week so i was wondering would it not see as good of gains if i went on creatine and glutamine and amino acid formula next week for the power 2nd rotation and go on those 3 supps for 6 weeks or would i be better off just eating now then my next p/rr/s cycle going on those supps.
Also whats the best glutmaine powder, if there is one? or is all glutamine just the same? If glutamine is worthwhile to take then is it best off to take it pwo or pre wo? and how often and how much? load or no loading phase like creatine? Also I dont know if an amino acid complex tablet will help really and does it help you gain weight, gain strength, or both? Or is it useless? Thanks again ahead of time for all the information! |

in my experience, i wouldn't bother with supplements such as creatine and l-glutamine etc there expensive and do little to nothing. I'd concentrate on working on your nutrition, learning what works for you and maybe adding a good whey protein powder to help you out.

I agree with the other posters on the stance that you should look closely at your nutrition and the intake of calories (You are obviously bulking), and take supps when you hit a sticking point. On the other hand if you really want to take supps, Protein Would be my first choice, good Protein Supps usually have quite a good amount of Amino acids in them for a start anyways. Glutamine Is not my favorite supp, although people have tended to agree that it is more useful in the cutting process rather then the bulking, so I wouldn't bother with that at the moment.
Regarding Creatine, Preferably use CEE, best option is to buy in Bulk and then add some kinda of gatorade or something else when you drink it, if you have a bit of free cash do some reasearch on the branded CEE, I've tried VPX CEX and it was ok, a bit too pricey though, A lot of hype about Green Bulge is going around, its supposed to be pretty good. I would wait for your next cycle though, preferably 2 cycles later, I mean, like the other posters said, get the Nutrition in order first. |

forget supps, Im having to learn that now. They are generally a waste of money, food is the final answer.

Creatine has no effect on aerobic exercise but it may help you in gaining that extra bit of muscle.
