Advice on supplement for me to take?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Ive been making good gains now for ~5 months but recently ive started to plateau (a little) and Im considering taking something a little extra.
Im not keen on taking creatine as i dont want the come down when i stop using it. Currently, I take caffeine pills before a hard workout but nothing else. Is there anything else I can use to aid my training? Im not looking for massive changes but just a lil extra. Any help would be much appreciated. |

I've got my workout routine down pretty well and im on multi vits at the mo. Good nutrition overall. Ive used creatine before and it worked well but i really didnt like the physiological loss (water and that extra wooo effect) after the 3 months. Is there anything else or will i always have a similar come down from anything i take? |
