Advice on supplement for me to take?

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Ive been making good gains now for ~5 months but recently ive started to plateau (a little) and Im considering taking something a little extra.

Im not keen on taking creatine as i dont want the come down when i stop using it. Currently, I take caffeine pills before a hard workout but nothing else.

Is there anything else I can use to aid my training? Im not looking for massive changes but just a lil extra.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response.

I've got my workout routine down pretty well and im on multi vits at the mo. Good nutrition overall.

Ive used creatine before and it worked well but i really didnt like the physiological loss (water and that extra wooo effect) after the 3 months.

Is there anything else or will i always have a similar come down from anything i take?

I am curious what you mean by the "extra woo effect?" Multivitamin/mineral, whey protein, and creatine are the three staple supplements of a lot of bodybuilders. You should really reconsider, as creatine has loads of benefits with lots of research to back it up. There are also different forms of creatine you can try, such as TriCreatine Malate or Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE). CEE retains less water than Creatine Monohydrate, so that may be your thing if the water loss from Mono is getting to you.

By woo effect I mean the buzz you get from a dose of caffiene (~400mg).

I used to use York pure creatine monohydrate. Is there a creatine that gives you the extra pump/atp without loading on large amount of extra water?
