Universal's Animal M-Stack...

So, I just got a can of this stuff. Is it gunna do me any good?

My friend highly recommended it, and I figured I'd give it a try. I've gotten to a hardcore "plateau" at the gym... trying everything to get to the next step in size... and it's not happeneing.. so I thought i'd give this a shot.

What's u guy's input?

I'm 21, 175lbs, 5' 10". I can't seem to get any larger, no matter how much I eat, whether I eat clean or not clean, and how much I vary my workouts and by how much.

Thanks!

-Matt

Well considering animal pack has been one of the 10 most popular supplements for over 10 years I would say it must do something. I can tell you it works for me. I mean its a pack that supplements you with muscle building nutrients its not steroids and its not going to make you pack on 20lbs of muscle but its an important supplemet it you want to have better workouts, recovery, and build more muscle. Its not a replacement for supplemental protein, creatine and or amino acid though. I mean there are certain staples that any serious weightlifter or bodybuilder needs to take and Animal Pak is one of them.

Yeah, I keep taking Protein and N0-XPlode... I was just hoping for a small little boost to the next level.. maybe if I gained 15-20lbs on each of my core lifts, I'd be happy with it.

animal pack is a multi vitamin, a rather good one infact, however it's seriously overpriced.

animal m-stak is an anabolic mix with about ten guarantees on the bottle, which to all the people i've confronted is an impossible task to fill.

15-20 pounds on your core lifts, ON A MULTIVITAMIN??

You're reachin FAR my friend. Maybe you should review your diet, and change your training protocol? I seriously doubt you have done either of these seriously. Completely switch up your program, do HIT for a couple weeks or something.

m-stak is a shitty product universal came out with when ph's were legal, i guess it was sort of a alternative to them.
heh, i bought one when i was younger and started lifting, because i didnt want to do ph's. well it didnt do anything :-/

animal pak on the other hand is a great multivit. if you dont mind paying a somewhat high price then buy it

if you want a legal supplement to take you to the next level check out some of Legal Gear's "pro steroids" (i.e. Methyl Masterdrol) they have on the market right now, good stuff! and hurry, because I am sure they will get banned soon.
