I was thinking-for my next stack- I want to try X-Factor..seen lots of decent feedback from it. Recently on bb.com there have been reviews of megadosing BCAA's in the 30-40g range (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=431025)
And the people who do this report incredible gains (30lbs in 3 months i believe)--however they have been using SciVations Xtend...
I am going to try this for three months:
X-Factor @ reccomended dosage
XTEND or another quality BCAA product @ 40g BCAA's ED
Beverly's Ultra40 - I know this is more of a staple but I have heard that des. liver is a good source of natural creatine and protien... I just want to give this a shot--see if I like it or not.
I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on this- if its a good idea, if the stack is okay, what are the best BCAA products, do you think i should/shouldn't include Bev's Ultra40 etc...Also do you think 3 months is a long enough?
