    Am considering CEE

CreMono has worked for me but am considering switching to CEE. Mono does give me some bloat.

Anyone have experiences with CEE? Is it worth the cost?

My local store carries 640g CEE @CA$70=US$60. (as opposed to Prolab CreMono 600g @CA$25). I think the brand is called No-Explode, cant remember right now.

It is suggested to be taken just before and just after wo. Is it ok to add it to my pre-wo shake (1.5h prior wo)?

I use CEE and am having good results. You can purchase for cheaper, unless you are wanting NO-Explode. There are mixed opinions of this product. I'm sure someone will chime in about there view of it.

Get CEE caps from www.customnutritionwarehouse.com. Much better than mono and well worth the $$.

I was a non-responder to mono and I purchased some Omega Thunder and I saw results within the first day of taking the product. The pumps are amazing and the strength gains are also nice. I have not noticed to much bloating either also 20-25$ for 240 pills is not that bad.. I would give it a try because it may work better, or it may work just as good or not as good as the mono.

Also recommend stacking Omega Thunder with White Blood.. have also seen some good results within 1-2 weeks.

You are full of crap- ALL creatine requires a loading phase before it starts working. You saw results the first day? Shut the hell up. Creatine Mono is just as good as CEE - CEE is a bunch of crap to sell more expensive creatine.

Shut up, you dont have a clue what you are talking about. I ran mono for quite some time, and first off, I didnt like the bloat, and second off, I didnt like the fact that i was cramming 50+g of dextrose down my gullet just to get the crap to absorb. Cee is better, period. cheaper than dirt too... And now, I kinda like the flavor.

Ive been on BN's CEE for months now, and I love that stuff, cant get enough of it.

That's the stuff I've been using, and it works great. That and I like the idea of buying a kilo of white powder legally.

Are you stupid ...Im 14 and know this and ask anyone on this site if a loading phase is Required I bet you'll get a bunch of no's.

And I did see results the first day. Pump's i wasnt saying that i gained 5 lbs the first day i used it. Think before you talk.

Also CEE is absorbed faster than MONO.

CEE is a little more expensive for a reason, why because it work's better for some people im not saying everyone and also some brands of Creatine Mono are more expensive than CEE.

Hey FishOrCurBait have you ever tried Omega Thunder? If so do you like the BN Bulk CEE better? Don't consider the price's because you def. get more for your money with BN's Bulk CEE I currently just take BN's Bulk CEE on off days.
    Thanks

Never tried omega thunder. I havent bought an actual "product" like that, or xpand, or whatever for quite some time. Its cheaper to buy bulk, BY A LONG SHOT. Im gonna start capping all my own stuff when "the time" comes. Im not quite sure what I mean by that.

In any case, BN's stuff is all top notch.

Might I suggest you try our new product XCEED, which is much more than just CEE.

Twin Peak, how come there is a recommended 6 hour gap between servings for XCEED? Couldn't one dose be taken pre-workout and one post?

I'd say it's best pre and post, but the recommendation for a 6 hour gap is likely due to too much NO at once being a potential substrate for hypotension in overly sensitive people like myself.

In addition to what Mike said, some people are sensitive to the Glucuronolactone. If you are not, then pre and post is fine. Though this truly is best suited for pre-workout; we are working on an ideal post-workout drink now (Replenish).
