    what supplements

I've just started working out again. I'm 30 and weigh 230lbs. It's been a while since I've been in the gym and was wondering what supplements to take. I've searched enough to know not to mess with SDI LABS. I'm looking at iron mag labs maximum pump or anabolic matrix rx. Any suggestions would help. I'm open for advice.

You guys are going to lose. You might as well just cheer for me, because Boston isn’t winning in Boston for the season opener. I’m sorry. " - Gilbert Arenas

I know nutrition is a major part. I need to slim down and tone up, then I want to add mass.

go ahead and read the stickies in the diet and nutrition, and supp sections

I'm one of the younger members, and I don't knwo much at all about weight loss supps, but im sure others will reply to this thread

the CEE (creatine ethyl ester) is for the lil boost, the protein is for muscle growth, and the multi's and fish oils are for health( ie. i ahve no fucking idea what theya ctually do, haha)

If u want to slim down, THEN bulk up then you'd want to start a cut

one fo the more exp members can give you a good cutting routine, eating habits

Lean fuel is what you would want to loose weight.
