I believe it might mess with protein synthesis but I'm not positive about that.

Recreational drugs/chemicals have no place in a bodybuilding/musclebuilding lifestyle, IMO

Smoking is harmful, and I too read it produces estrogen. On the other hand a Year or so back I remember a thread which had quite a few people admit to using Cannabis on a reasonably regular basis ,ie 3/4 times a week +/-. I suppose if you want to reach your PEAK then do not bother with it, but on the other hand If you just want to bodybuild and gain a reasonably impressive Physique, then I can't see how it will be completely detrimental towards achieving this, as other people have seen to have done it. I am OBVIOUSLY no doctor, this is just my logical reasoning, my 2 cents.

If you smoke it, smoke it out of a vaporizor, or cook and eat it. If you want to know how to make a vaporizer PM me. Both of these methods are healthier than smoking regularly.

I dont think smoking weed effects protien synthesis or any thing like that. Smoking too much does make you unmotivated as shit and is harder to work out hard the next day.
