how much ephridrine do i need to take
i bought 8mg ephridrine tablets last week and when i take them i get no effect. i take them with asprin caffine the stack for fat burning wot is the correct dose of eph do i need or is there anything stronger out there.

I basically agree with Foreman: start out at about 20-25 mg of ephedra/ephedrine.
under, I'm not sure what you mean by "best type", but I can tell you that there are places out there that sell ephedra/ephedrine in doses of 20-25 mg instead of 8 mg.Tony Savage

i ment the price i paid for the e was very cheap i thought it might not be any good .. i will look for the stronger dose ..
