Dont bump unless it leaves the first page. It looks bad.

Keep taking the vitamin E, i take one in the morning with breakfast and 1 at night with my prebed meal, along with some ester c. Standard vitamin c works great as well, like, 1g pills is good.

Lose the tonalin CLA, buy www.bulknutrition.com 's "never get fat stack", quality CLA and sesamin.

Keep taking 400 mg of d-alpha vitamin E in additon to your multivitamin. If you have the di-alpha, take about a gram a day, then buy the d-alpha next time. Vitamin E is one of the only vitamins/minerals that has solid research showing it does provide benefit to the althlete when consumed well above RDA/AI values.

    Pirate is correct

I read somewhere that natural E is superior to synthetic but more expensive.
And more effective if in a mixed blend of tocopherols.

Supplementing with CLA will cause a decrease in triglyceride uptake by adipocytes and lipogenesis/fat storage, but if these fatty acids are not oxidized, they will build up in the blood and liver leading to insulin resistance. Is this true!?!?!

Taking 1g C and 400 IU E right after the workout speeds recovery and takes down the free radicals.
