    CEE per day?

I just got my BN Creatine Ethyl Ester in the mail but there are no serving suggestions. I'm 185 lbs, how many grams should I take on workout and non workout days?

I personally use 5g on off days, in the morning before breakfast, and then 5g on on days post workout. I use either grape juice, or a flavored drink with sugar along with R-ala to help transport.

    5g pre and post = 10g daily?

No, 5g post is enough. Here's the deal. Since you just worked out, the body will be looking to restore the glycogen it just depleted. So if you take some creatine, and some sugar/dextrose(like in grape juice or other drinks) then it should help transport it into the muscle better.

I find taking 60-90 min pre-workout works best for me. After all, that is when you need the ATP.

i found taking 3g pre-workout and 3g post-workout, along with one 3g dose on non-training days worked wonders!

Thats true, but do you think that taking creatine that soon before a workout will actually increase ATP stores? Upon giving up some of its energy, ATP becomes ADP (diphosphate) and needs to be regenerated back to ATP to do it all over again. Creatine phosphate performs this crucial ATP regeneration step by donating a phosphate group to ADP. So like before, I guess the Q is "how fast?"
