    Zma

just outta curiosity, would i be able to break it down into separate vitamins like...for instance...buy Mg, Zn, and b-6 pills and take those. or is it not 100% natural.
im also getting mixed opinions about zma. some people said it doesn't increase test levels.
but others said they could literally feel a difference each week.
i even read somewhere they had a controlled test between a group taking ZMA and a group with placebos and increases almost 250%.
would you honestly recommend it? cause i don't care how well i sleep.
    any feedback?
    thanks.

ive read other peoples posts about ZMA a while ago, but all their responses included "i heard this from such n such" or something about "wild dreams" but nothin really covers their test levels and etc.

i felt a little boost, the 250 percent boost was not meaning if your base levels are 5000 they will be 12,500, it means if the placebo group went from 5000, to 5100. then the supplement group went up 250 percent more than that meaning they went from 5000, to 5250. i like zma, but tribulus is better, or mix the two, i take optimum nutrition triulus, 625 mg, 2 times a day and my zma at bed.
These are my dreams, which I must make reality!

i knew that. i was just making sure people even felt result from using zma.
and that i don't wanna just take zma for better sleeping purposes.
i just read that having excess vitamin b-6 in your system messes with your dreams but also your nerve system. just thought i'd share.
and thanks for the tips by the way.
i stopped by a gnc today, it was like $36 a pop. 180 capsules.
egh. and i got about $15 in my wallet....shitty.
