    creatine and skin?

dose anyone know if taking creatine orally (ie taking mono or CEE) will have skin benefits?

i've read about creatine being put in skin tightening/firming lotions as it helps tighten the skin, i'm also sure i heard something about this a long time ago from a friend, something about creatine tightening loose skin

    anyone have any info?

Creatine will make you retain water.. so in theory if it made the skin retain water, it would seem to "firm" it up. I have never heard anything about this though, and kinda sounds bogus
