I actually used endothil last month until it finally ran out, and i have to honestly say it doesn't work. Its more like a motivational placebo, cause in its directions it tells you that in order for the product to work you have to work your muscles out to complete exhaustion, so if you have the mindset of thinking that it works, you end working out harder then you normally do (that part i liked). Other then that it's a waste of money, any improvement i saw i beleive was caused from the other supplements i use. One thing about it though is that it does contain green tomatoes, a small amount, but still contains it (as it's active ingredient). Green tomatoes are great for the body and health, so your better off going to your local grocery store and buying a bunch of green tomatoes for like $5 then you are spending about $40 or so on some endothil pills. Everyones body is different, and everyone reacts different to supplements. My use with endothil was pointless for it did not work for me, but since i dont completely know the truth behind any marketed product out there... it may work with you better then it did for me... or it could just be complete bullshit, who knows.

I disagree with the previous responses. After reading in detail how it works and how your workout must be altered to gain results from it... I had the idea to try it in conjunction with NO2. Since NO2 is a hemodialator, I figured it would help the circulation of the Endothil into the bloodstream to better affect the muscles being exhausted.

The highest free weight amount I had ever benched before, was 175lbs. After only one month of using the NO2/Endothil combo, my free weight bench max was 200lbs (I did 5 reps). And that was without ever using a spotter. Its been 2yrs since then and I haven't worked out since, unfortunately, but my size gain has remained. I actually just received a shipment today of NO2 & Endothil to give it a go for another month. Personally, I believe it does work and will keep using it. NO2 & Endothil combined really works great!

it is a rip off and there is no science behind it.
