Centrum Silver just has more of the vitamins and minerals that older people are supposed to need. In reality they just have higher does of most every vitamin and antioxidant. Its not going to hurt you to take the Centrum Silver but, in my opinion, they have too much of some vitamins. So you are really going to notice your piss turn yellow because there is way more of a lot of vitamins in it then your body will be able to absorb. But don't worry, when you get too much of a vitamin or antioxidant your body just pisses it out and it won't have any other detrimental effects on you.
