    Okay, first off

    Good whey protein= www.allthewhey.com (get the whey isolate)
    Good "weightgainer"/mrp=muscle milk
    creatine= Bulknutrition.com 's CEE
    Nitric oxide= waste of dough
    multivitamin= ON's mega-men

    Everything but the whey is available from www.bulknutrition.com

    i completly disagree with Nitric oxide being a waste..i think the new formula AAKG is way better though..get massive pumps and my arms get huge when taking the stuff..and im able to run longer and push more ..more times on the bench

    I agree. For starting off again, this is probably the most/best for you. Along with a good diet, you should be good with this setup. Nitric Oxide has had mixed reviews around these parts, so I say skip it for now. Maybe try some out a bit later, and see if/how it works for you. Personally, it hasn't done anything for me, but that's just my body.
