I just got back into it after 2 years.I need some recommendations as to some supplements.I was think animal packs for a vitamin,and Muscle milk for protein.But what about creatine and or nitric oxide supplements.Also I was looking at animal stack 2.I dont know where else to begin.Way too much out there!

i completly disagree with Nitric oxide being a waste..i think the new formula AAKG is way better though..get massive pumps and my arms get huge when taking the stuff..and im able to run longer and push more ..more times on the bench
I agree. For starting off again, this is probably the most/best for you. Along with a good diet, you should be good with this setup. Nitric Oxide has had mixed reviews around these parts, so I say skip it for now. Maybe try some out a bit later, and see if/how it works for you. Personally, it hasn't done anything for me, but that's just my body.
