what happens after the creatine cycle?

I ask because I would like to do an 8 week cycle just to speed up the bulking process. I plan to only do one cycle so I dont want to make good gains just to lose most of them in the following months. what are your experiences with the after-cycle months? what measures can be done during that time to keep as much strength as possible? how effective are those measures

    THANKS

I would take a week off and then get right back on it. I would also drop volume and intensity for a week assuming you bust your balls thru the 8 weeks.

I would also hit up tricreatine malate or CEE which both are supposed to lead to less water retention.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

most manufacturers say that 8 weeks on 2 weeks off is the cycle you will gain most from. Never heard of a PCT coming off Creatine. Maybe after your 8 week cycle with creatine you will be ready to start a REAL cycle!!!

Just go on for 4 weeks, then off a week, then on 4, off 1 etc etc
For as long as you want.

You'll be fine, the others are just kidding.
