    Creatine and glutamine with gatorade?

Will this be an effective way to take creatine and glutamine? Creatine has citric acid. does that effect it at all?

I have always heard creatine and glutamine should not be taken together because they will "cancel each other out" to a degree.

However, Gatorade doesn't really have enough carbs to help creatine absorb, add more.

I've always heard gatorade was too sugary to be worth a darn.

taking them together IS FINE. Taking them in GA would be fine too.

edit: when using GA to take your creatine in, you should buy the powder mix as it has dextrose in it. If you buy it in the bottle from a station or somewhere like that, you will not get as much benefit as you would if you take it with some dextrose. Just a heads-up
