i've not tried the pro-complex, but if its anything like the 100% rocky road then it tastes delicious, just a mix of caramel, ice cream, marshmellow, nuts, biscuit... i really do love it, quite sweet too so it kills my sugary cravings when cutting

I took the Pro Complex Rocky Road for a bit leading into my contests just for some variety because I was having so many shakes. It was fantastic.

I've been working on their Rocky Road whey since young d recommended it. I highly recommend that flavor. Of course, I call it a cookie, not a biscuit.

this is good to know because when my 10lb bag is gone of their 100% whey that I have, I will be trying the PC as my next protein.

Let us know your opinion as well on the taste when you get it
