    Stupid question

I'm in a prohormone cycle, and I have a question....

During a cycle is your recovery time reduced!?!??!
I've read of course about strength gains..... but not recovery....
I've picked up the workload since I started my cycle..... should I be resting just as much as I was before cycle? I know its a rediculous question but I really wanna know!

You do recover faster...or should...but I train at such a high volume right now I don't have time to hit a bodypart more than once a week..

    yeah.... definetly

but instead of doing 3 sets to finish an exercise, ill do 4, and sometimes 5 (squats or benching.... and maybe a few more compound movemnts)

the only problem I have on my Prohormone cycle is that my muscle crap more out of the gym. I, like you have picked up the intensity. I was very sore the first 2-3 weeks, mostly from lack of a good diet. But now I am back to normal. Keep workin hard and your body will become less sore. Just drink like a fish.

oh, I would be resting or sleeping more, seeing you have added that much more intensity to your lifts.

It is still possible to overtrain on prohormones. What are you using, and what does your workout look like?

Currently I'm on Finigenx Magnum, made by Pharmagenx, which is a pre-cursor to tren..... along with that I take a creatine/NO supplement pre-workout, a creatine shake after workout (followed by a protein shake soon after the creatine shake), and about 3 other whey servings throughout the day...... small one in the morning, small one in the evening, and usually at least one larger one between meals.... depending on what I eat during the day.

I lift 5 days a week, with a split most people do not prefer (arm day included)
Chest - 4 sets of benching to failure, 3 sets of incline, dips, crossovers
Back - 3 sets Rack deadlifts, (adding in good mornings here), 4xlat pull, 3xbent over rows, and then 3x pull machine(haha one of those you just sit in)
    Off day
Shoulders - 4 sets of military to failure, 3 sets of upright rows, 3/4xshrugs, 3xraises(front or lateral, mixing up each week probably), 3x bent over raises
Legs - 4/5 sets of squats, 3/4x leg press, 3x leg extention, 3x standing calf pushes, 3/4/5x hamstring curl
Arms - 4x barbell curl, 2x cable curl, 2x incline curl, 3x verticle curl, 3x skull crusher, 3x tricep pushdown, 3x cg grip, 2/3 tricep dip machine

I do a few more sets since I got on the cycle, as I really want to get some strength gains from it.....
Fortunetly I can sleep 8 hours a night, and I usually do (somtimes more if I fall asleep early)

11 sets of bis seems like overkill, but it doesn't seem like to heavy of a load. Some people can't do 5 days straight without overtraining. I believe I am one of them. Can you do 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off? Your recovery should be improved from the finigenx, but that doesn't mean your central nervous system won't get burned out. You could combine your chest and shoulders into one workout and have a four day split. Everyone responds differently, though. How long have you been on cycle?

just started pretty much, and this is my sixth day on..... sooooo i havnt really got a chance to see if anything changed with my lifts yet... cant wait to check it out next week

i have been contemplating doing 2 on 1 off 3 on TWO off, as opposed to just two days a week off... but im still hesitant.... ive never really heard of an 8 day cycle....
the problem with me combining chest and shoulder workouts would cause me to stay in the gym for like 2 hours, and by the time i got to the ending sets i would be so tired.... i fatigue quickly when i go to failure in the early sets...

when you wrote about the CNS, do you think i might get sick from doing all this? but my body will still gain strength? or do you think it is actually hindering my progress.....
