The ones low in sugar..
Whats the best multivitamin you have come across?
The ones low in sugar..
The AST Multi Pro 32X is one of the best, if not the best Multivitamin out there http://www.performancenutrition.com/...uct_id=AST-110
GNC Mega-Men are good vitamins. They are about the only thing GNC has at a good price with good quality IMO.
I've taken a number of brands and I've been taking "Kirkland," for about 2 years.
It one of the testing stamps on it.
Any comments on Kirkland? Thanks.

GNC Mega Men for sure. They have all high-quality ingredients. These vitamins are really potent. I dont work for GNC if thats what you think and I dont like shopping there @ all but I have been taking these vitamins everyday for a solid 3 years and I still get energy and feel good. Take one w/ breakfast and one with dinner and youre all set... but if you find that they give you too much energy, take the 2nd pill sometime in the afternoon with food. hope this helps
Who needs OTC supplements other than Vitamins when theres so much god damned FOOD!?!?!
Sources of Life by natures plus w/o iron by far the best.

HEHEHE i dont know yet, but im gonna writte the results of my new stack (it includes animal pack)...
I've been taking AST Multi Pro 32X for the past few months and will start on a bottle of Opti-Men afterwards.
From the Ashes....
I just started Opti-men a few days ago.......I think they are a lot better than the Centrum shit I had.
GNC, Optimum Nutrition, and NOW's Adam are some good choices IMO.

You're talking about vitamins right?Originally Posted by strongpointe85

I take minerals only before bed.
I believe Jodi and others have stated that taking a multivitamin with breakfast, and then again, with dinner was over-doing it?
Can anyone clarify this?
Thanks.

Yeah it's unnecessary. You need your multi-vitamin in the AM and then in the PM you take a multi-mineral. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. IOW - Your mutli in the AM should provide you with your daily requirements and then your muti-min in the PM will replenish the minerals you used throughout the day.Originally Posted by Mr_Snafu
