you need to focus more on eating then any supplement that will help you.

Anyway, I would use Cytogainer or Nlarge2 for adding pounds (if that's what you want to do) Otherwise, ON's 100% whey is a good protein to help in protein intake. Muscle Milk can always be used as well to get some extra cal's. Just my advice. Good luck!

methoxy pro..... the was the first supplemental protein i started with a few years ago....

although i did get some results, this was due to the fact that i was starting to get more into my diet in the manner of taking in more protein.... methoxy pro if im not mistaken is a blend of protein and some methyl compound for some of the other ingredients (maybe it affects the protein too). It also has a small amount of creatine in it..... it didn't say how much though, but it couldn't be too much I guessed.

Methoxy pro also is fairly expensive. When compared against what the majority of people take (at least I think), which is Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, you get so much more protein to the dollar... ON 100% Whey comes in value sizes going up to 5lbs and 10lbs.... Methoxy Pro only has 2lb bottles the last time I looked into it....

Arguably, people will say that Methoxy Pro is a better protein, and it probably is than ON 100% Whey, but it might not be much at all.... for the price you can probably triple up, if not quadruple up or more, on your protein servings by spending the same amount on ON 100% Whey protein... but that's only my opinion.... if you got the money for it at the moment then go for what you want.

Optimum 100% whey aka ON 100% whey

it is probably the cheapest, decent tasting protein powders one can buy. You can buy it in larger quantities as well which makes it nice.
