Yes this supp is safe for you to take. It contains Tricreatine malate, Taurine, Arginine-K-G, a form of glutamine, Citruline malate and B vitamins ...

All of these are safe for almost anyone to take.. there is a MaxPump review thread if you want to see what people say about this supplement..( i think it is a sticky) If you want u can search for all of the ingredients in maxpump and find feedback for yourself, but I (although I never took it) can pretty much positively say that the supp should work fine--the doses of each ingredient is sufficient for a noticable increase in athletic performance*

I would use the celltech up, then use the maximum pump. Both are creatine, no need to double dose it IMO. And dont pay so much for muscletech.. if you want good suggestions on products, just ask. Online forum is a great resource.

You should stick with the NO Explode and CellMass they were designed to work together and they work very well

He's not using cellmass, he's using cell-tech. I've been thinking about taking creatine for the first time and heard cellmass was good. Anybody got opinions on it.

MP is more than just creatine, so what you could do is take MP on training days and Celltech on non-training days.
