    cortisol blocker?

would this supp work well PCT to help reduce cortisol levels?
    http://www.discount-supplements.co.u...lri-retain.asp

how would it compare to something like DS lean extreme? (i can't seem to find that anywhere!), what would a solid dose be?

FYI i'll be running it alongside nolva (and also trib, cee, nettle root, vitex.. etc etc)

If you want a product comparable to our LX, look at SNS ReduceXT. Same active, almost equal efficacy.

Retain has some good, but limite feedback and I'm unfamiliar with dosing.

Your best bet for reducing cortisol is the following:-

    - Reduce your training volume, but keep the intensity high
    - Make sure you get enough quality sleep, lack of sleep increases cortisol levels, as does stress.
    - Keep your carb intake up, cortisol is no match for the power of insulin.

i think im missing something about cortisol prevention products for post cycle....

right when you get off the cortisol reducer, wouldnt your cortisol jump anyways? just like it is after cycle?
during cycle cortisol is suppressed, and when you get off that suppressent is gone, of course raising cortisol..... cortisol products seem to have the same effect....
    is there something im misunderstanding?

Your body raises cortisol levels in response to using gear among other things. When you come off the gear, your cortisol remains high for some time. Only now, you also have low test, which was combating catabolism while you were on. High cortisol will lead to fat gain and muscle loss. Keeping cortisol in check post cycle, as well as on, is very important to making and keeping gains.

Even if you did have a cortisol rebound after you stop using a corisol blocker, at least it would be after your body has regained reasonable test levels again.

and on that pirate, i'm about to order a couple of bottles of this retain

do you know what a decent dose of it would be bro?

and finally.. would you begin administration early (ie a week before pct starts, as i will do with the cee) or should i just start it when pct begins?

i don't expect this pct to be too hard to recover from, gains have been very steady lately, i've been on 250mg test and the var for the past 3-4 weeks, already running frequent hcg shots and on 40mg nolva ed for the gyno, and i've just been retaining LBM lately anyway as opposed to adding it, i think the biggest challenge will be eating enough (i don't want to ever put on fat like that again!) and giving up my HIIT cardio sessions, i'm really into my CV right now, although i had a few health concerns at the start of this cycle, its been a real eye opener, i feel a lot wiser about things now, man, i love this 'feel good' from the test, that and because xmas is coming up, i'm just so happy right now
