The protein looks good.
Other than that, I'm a little iffy. I'm not the biggest fan of Nitric Oxide stimulators, as I just haven't seen enough evidence to convince me that they are worth anything beyond "getting the pump".
What does your diet look like? That is 100 times more important than supplements for dieting and bulking.
Personally, I'd recommend getting your diet in check, finding a protein you like, and some form of creatine. If regular creatine makes you bloated, use CEE. Unflavored bulk powders are available or there are plenty of cheap, pre-flavored varieties if you don't like the taste. Once you have your diet and training down with protein and creatine, you could throw in some BCAAs around your workout if you like. I've gotten good results from 10g or so of L-leucine spread around my workout.
