    Easy way of measuring...

After much deliberation, I have ordered bulknutrition.com's 1fast400
    brand CEE, the powder.

What is a good way to measure for such a small amount?
2-3 grams is very small, should I use like, half a teaspoon full or what?

Also, how does everyone take theirs on workout and non workout days?

2 grams in the morning on non w/o days?

2 grams pre and post on workout days?

Get scales. The ones that weigh to .01 are good.

Yep. I reccomend you consume a heaping teaspoon. I need a good 4 grams, pesonally. No reason to be cheap with it...I like to take it 60 minutes before lifting with plenty of water.
