cee and when to take it

I did a search on this and really did not find out a direct answer. So here goes the question....
At what time of day do you take a CEE product. I just started taking Cellmass by BSN. I read the directions and also looked around the internet a bit. It talks about taking it on an empty stomace and such. Right now I'm taking a dose first thing in the morning on an empty stomace and then eating breakfast around 1/2 hour later.
Also, it talks about taking it right after your workout, again on an empty stomace. This empty stomace thing is a big pain in the ass, cause I'm always eating....After I workout, I take a large dose of Whey protein, whick kills the idea of an empty stomace...So what the F...
Also, after looking at the price of Cellmass, I think I may try just taking CEE caps next time, there alot cheaper. What are you guys taking along with CEE caps to help get this stuff transported???????Help

I use BN's CEE. 1 kilo pure CEE runs about $35. Personally, I take it within 30 minutes prior to lifting, and then within the hour afterwards. Some folks take one dose early, and the other about workout time. You will hear different opinions on this. Matter of fact, you should be able to find a few older threads in reference to this.

I don't take CEE in caps but from my understanding, CEE doesn't need a transport agent (as regular monohydrate does, sugar).

The thing with your CellMass is that there is other stuff in it other than creatine, which is probably why they suggest taking it on an empty stomach. Maybe just switch to bulk creatine, doesn't even need to be CEE. Will save you some money.

I take my CEE 45-60 minutes prior to working out. I'm using Controlled Labs Green Bulge.
