    Creatine

    I have been taking 100% whey protein for a few weeks now and have got some creatine now. I know there has been many questions on mixing creatine with protein, which one to take first etc but do i still take the creatine on my days off.At the moment i am taking it half an hour before my workout and half an hour after what do think and what do you guys do?
    Male, 38 years old, 5ft 11", 187lbs
    Goals; 10k sub 46mins 10 mile sub 77 mins
    half marathon sub 120 mins

    take 5-10g of creatine everyday. No need to load and no need to cycle IMO. Putting it in with your protein shake is fine and taking it at the same time is fine. I personally take about 5g pre & post workout. If it is CEE you only want to take about 2 1/2 - 3g per serving

    I always take it pre-workout. i guess it doesnt matter how you get the creatine, as long as you get it. then I take another 5-8g about 4-5 hours later that day.. days off, I take in the mid-morning and then the same 4-5 hours later!
