    creatine question

Is it a good idea to take a protein drink after work out even if i took
NO-Xplode before work out? Also i read that you should take 5 to 10 grams of creatine a day. In the NO-Xplode label it says Serving Size: 1 Scoop (20.5g)
and that u should take 2 or 3 scoops wich will be like 40 or 60 grams. Can some 1 explain it to me and thanks in advance.

yes, definetly have the shake (protein) after lifting..... NO Xplode is a pre-workout mix just to get you pumped up

no-xplode contains a small amount of creatine, but i wouldnt even really count it towards your creatine intake.... it would amount to less than 3g, and if you really want to take more creatine you can...
those numbers in grams on the bottle of NO Xplode is grams for the entire serving... not just creatine

on a side note, creatine isnt what you should be counting if your just starting off with supplements...... count your protein, to get around 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight
this will give you much better strength gains, as creatine doesn't "build" muscle, it only supplements it
    have fun

If you're just starting out you definitely want to have a whey and water shake immediately after lifting. Wouldn't be a bad idea to throw in some oats and/or dextrose as well to get some carbs in. I'd say if you are trying to get the benefits of creatine get some micronized creatine mono or some cee and throw it in your pwo shake too. As mentioned above, no xplode won't have enough creatine in it to really make any difference.

wantitbad: I used to be a pretty big fan of cell tech too, it works, but is it worth the price? I personally don't think so, you could make the same blend yourself at home for 1/4 the cost of a tub of cell tech

no expode before workout. about 30mins to 45 mins before. (because of caffeine and other ingredience) I would NOT think the No-explode is a good source of creatine seeing it only has 1 gram per serving. so get yourself some real creatine and take 5-15grams a day.
    then lift,
then protein shake with dextrose like 2cut said. throw in some good carbs like oats and you are on your way. then midday, eat some damn food, and if you can get your hands on a creatine supp, that is just creatine, you could take that midday. instead of juicin yourself up with caffeine in the no-expode.
    then eat,
I usually take 2 protein shakes a day which is about 100g of protein and I eat tons of chicken and legumes where I get the rest of my protein from. food is a wonderful thing. you can get most essestials from that. Protein is key. Intensity is key. These guys know what they are talking about, listen and learn!! Giddy Up.

Also The Amount Of Creatine, I Take 100 Grams A Day And My Trainer And A Couple Other Guys I Know Take 500 Grams A Day, And Allot Of Water Must Be Consumed A Day So Ur Kidneys And Every Thing Get Flushed And Stay Good, Like I Consume A About 2 Gallons Of Watter A Day
