    Maximum Pump Question

Ok... I just got a bottle of maximum pump and was wondering how much pills I should take a day? The label says 6 pills 30 min prior to workout. Does anyone do 3 before and then 3 after? My weight is 195 lbs. Should I take less or that exact amount. And another thing do you guys take it on off days as well?
    thanks

Do 3 preworkout, 2 at noon and 2 before bed to carry you to the next morning.. you are close to 200lbs, and being 200lbs I usually take 1 or 2 more then what the bottle says.

unless it is a caffiene or ephedrine supp. then I take what I can handle..

    I recommend at least 4 tabs pre-work-out.
