What are the good pwo energy supps other than vasoconstrictors like ephed/caffiene?

I was wondering what are the good pre-work out energy supps that are available that will give the same effects of ephedra.

If I take ephedra pre-wo I can kick ass for hours thru a work out but the drawbacks is that interferes w/ NO supps and creatine usage.

I need something that will give me the same kick in the ass without those negative drawbacks!

There are combinations of nootropics like Tyrosine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Huperzine, DMAE, and other things that can raise your level of focus and intensity, but they aren't going to give you nearly the same "kick in the ass" as ephedrine. If you're taking it with NO suppleents, though, the vasodilation and vasoconstriction should (in theory) balance each other to some degree, so unless you're just worried about getting the pump, I wouldn't be too concerned.
