    ephedra and creatine?

I only use ephedra on days before I work out w/ a cup of coffee (not for fat burning but for the energy boost it gives me to power thru my work outs)!

does ephedra interfere w/ creatine usage and Nitric Oxide supps?

since ephedrine constricts blood vessels and nitric dialates them it will prolly lower the effect of the nitric, but it may still me beneficial
These are my dreams, which I must make reality!

I have found that Ephedrine actually optimizes the effects of Nitric produts and creatine.
