when u take creatines for a period of time then stop taking it will you lose the strenght gians u made from using it
Not if you are getting enough calories and protein and you continue lifting. You might lose a bit of strength initially, but nothing major. Creatine pulls more water into cells, though, so when you stop using it you might notice some weight loss in the first week, but this is most likely water weight, not muscle mass.
