    Best Weight Gainer???

    What do you guys think is the best weight gainer out there? Also, some tips on gaining weight would be appreciated. I think I already have a good meal plan and ideas on ways to gain, but I'd just like some other peoples info/experiences.

    the one you make at home. Most of these products bite ass. They suck. Mix 2 tbsp of peanut butter (natural) with 2% milk, some casein and whey (your flavor) and eat a ton of oatmeal to boot. Also up the fats, like the peanut butter, fish oil caps (10x a day) and some flax oil. Dont eat shit food, but eat a lot of complex carbs-yams, potatoes, oatmeal (I eat it 4x daily), legumes, and a lot of whole foods. Eat clean consistently, and allow two cheats on a Friday and Saturday and you'll be hitting higher numbers.

    for Postworkout, use a formula of 1x(your bodyweight) for carbs drink or eat high glycemic foods (although you may get a lot of static between high and low glycemic foods) and for protein (use whey) multiply .5 x (your bodyweight). throw in 2g of Vitamin C, 400 IU of Vitamin E, and use 1 fish oil tab.

    if you really want a supplement, use 1 serving (2 scoops) of Muscle Milk before bed.
