Creatine Question??
crea-mono with simple sugars only around training time and with water at other times or every time i take it???

You should always take creatine after working out. Also take some supplemental Glutamine and protein after your workout. Glutamine can increase your muscle recovery and studies show that taking protein within 30 minutes of working out helps you build more muscle faster- Same goes for creatine.
