Just picked up a bottle of cex tabs from vitaminshoppe. I think I've platued because I haven't been making any strength gains the last couple weeks and my squat last Saturday was terrible. Hopefully this stuff works and if it does I'll either continue taking it or try another creatine supp.

I hate to say it, but I do think that CEX from VPX works terrifically. However, I like the powder better than the caps.
