    Cex

This will be my sixth day on Cex. I'll be going to squat in an hour so I'll see if this stuff actually works.

Well I did 335 lbs for 4 sets of 3. I had a bad squat workout last week cuz I woke up late and didn't eat nething before I lifted. Hard to say whether the creatine did it or if it was just me. This was the first time I've done this weight. I think the creatine might have helped a little bit with getting that extra push on the last rep. I will update when I've finished the cex.
