are they good for you if youre trying to gain mass?
i saw this recipe for flax wheat pecan muffins
and i made them with some raisins too and they came out pretty good
but my questions is for my post-workout shake is 2 tsps of lax seeds ok?
i use 2-3 scoops of 100% vanilla whe powder, 8 oz 1% milk, 2 tsps reduce fat PB, 1 tspn of glutemine powder and sometimes half a bannana.
is there such a thing as too much omega-3 intake ? also what does omega 3 do ? thanks sorry for all the ?'s
