    Sorry but a question on creatine....

    Right.. av bin readin back through a few posts on the forum about creatine n things but i have a few questions of my own.. sorry 2 be a pain!!

    Right.. well i am a very slim build and would like to build myself up. Now i will be doin a weights and fitness program about 2 or 3 times a week as well as an additional sports activerty also twice a week. what i would like to know is would creatine help me build up bigger?? when should i take it and how much should i take and basically is it right for me???

    well your genes will see if it is right. some respond while others do not. drink enough water with it. 5-10g a day. i do not load but that is up to you. i lift 4 days a week, soon going to 5-6. you should shoot for 3-4 days a week. upping calories help alot too. i mean supplements are jsut that. supplements. only if your diet is perfect and trining is good will it work to its full potential.
