    A few questions

right, some of these are probably answered in another thread. if so then please link me.

    1. Are supplements any good?
    2. Do they act like steroids (if so do you get the side effects like your balls shrinking?)
    3. Which are the best ones?
    4. Is this one any good? http://www.usn-eu.com/proddetail.php?prod=ba_MF5&cat=11
    5. If you use a supplement, vote in the pole and then you can tell us which one and how its worked for you.

I agree with the man... It does have a pretty label though.
May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...

Looks cheap. I honestly can't say I know... Check out http://vitadigest.com/ They allow people to rate the supps. Buy from www.dpsnutrition.com I hear Rob(his site. or so he thinks... ) is associated with quality supplements as well.

Right, it is fine if you use it to replace a meal every now and then when you are super busy, etc.
