Quesion about Accelerade compared to Endurox

I am looking for a good sports drink for game days, I play lacrosse. Iam not sure which is the better choice. They are very similar one of the main differences is Accelerade uses mainly Sucrose and Endurox uses mainly Glucose. I was wondering if one of these is better than the other. Also there is slightly less sugar in the accelerade, same amount of just about everything else though. Also, the endurox adds some glutamine, arginine and BCAAs. I was wondering which would be better to drink on game day and also if Glucose or Sucrose is better. Thank-you for any help.

personally lately I have been using accelerade, and it works great (great as in similiar effects of gatorade, but much better)

to the best of my understanding of these two products, accelerade is designed for pre-activity and during activity consumption. Endurox, despite the name sounding familiar with endurance, is for recovery/post-activity (to the best of my knowledge again).

again, im not COMPLETELY sure of this, but isn't it the same company that makes the two products? it would only make sense if they were for different purposes, and my recommendation would be to go for accelerade

as to the glucose/sucrose question, im not sure..... but with the glutamine/arginine/BCAA blend it might be safe to assume that that was implemented for post-activity..... glutamine and BCAA's with arginine possibly helping the delivery speed just sounds like a post-activity supplement
