    EFA's pre workout?

I take my EFA's immediately with my Post workout shake but I was wondering if it was ideal and ok to take in pre-workout meal?

Ideally, the post workout meal should contain only proetin and carbohydrate. Any fat will slow gastric emptying, which is not ideal post workout

Yeah, glutamine isn't very effective. Stick with creatine, and, if you want to spice things up a bit, some Leucine or Taurine.
