    CEE on off days?

I recently bought 1kg CEE from BN. After reading thru the forums, i started taking it half an hour before my workout, and half an hour after my workout. But what should i do on days i do not train? I rest wed, sat, sun. Should i take one serving in the mornings?
Or should i take non on off days?

Take it right away when you wake, then again like 4-8 hours later. This is what i do with creatine.
