    N-Large2 - opinions pleeease

    Has anyone used N-Large2 by Prolab? I was thinking of buying some for my post-workout shake.

    Here's the specs:

    Amounts Per Serving 152g Serving Per 100g
    Energy 2538 KJ / 600 kcal 1667 KJ / 394 kcal
    Carbohydrate 87g 57.2g
    Protein 52g 34.2g
    Of which: Sugars 28g 18.4g
    Fat 5g 3.3g
    Of which: Saturates 3g 2.0g
    Cholesterol 110mg 72.4mg
    Sodium 160mg 105.3mg

    Would this in place of my high protein/low carb normal postworkout shake be more beneficial in helping me gain mass or does it not really make much difference?

    Any advice would be great!

    I used it and it's good, it helped me to reach my goal while bulking. The only thing is that for a post w/o shake, you may want something fat free. Like a mix of whey isolate/hydrolized and some dextrose/maltodextrin.

    I'd save the money and create your gainer with oats, efas and whey /micellar. Depending on when you want to take it, I've found Muscle Milk to be really GREAT stuff. Especially the cookies and creme.

    try this brother....

    1.5 cups uncooked oats, 2 scoops protein, 2tbsp pb, 2tbsp honey. Add glutamine and creatine, maybe some flavorless bcaa powder. and that my friend is one kick ass weight gainer. lol
