I've been taking Cyto weight gainer and I have been making good weight gains but it's almost gone and I am wondering if I should just buy another today becasue it's the last day of the gold card sale at GNC or should I make my own?

If you find it necessary to use a weight gainer or MRP in your diet for the extra calories, then yes. Or, if you use this as one of your meals, then yes again.
The thing with the weight gainers it's the convenience. You can make your own, but the Cyto Gainer will be easier to carry and mix everywhere. On the other hand, you make your own and if you carry the dry mix to add water later on, it may no mix as well as the Cyto Gainer. I used to make my own with ON 100% Whey, PB, Bananas and Oats, it was really good, but you need a blender! And if you carry it for too long, then the bananas may give it a funny taste.
I bought the Cyto weight gainer but I'm wondering about adding food to add even more calories so far I've been thinkign about adding some oats to it and just blend it.Can someone recommend what to add and how much?

If you get chocolate flavor you can add PB, that will give you good fats and protein. I think2 tbsp are like 200 calories and like 12g of fat and 7g of protein. Oats, around 1/2 cup gives you around 25g of good carbs and like 5g of protein. 1 large banana, gives you around 30g of carbs (fructose). There you have some ideas, I hope it helps you.
